About Me

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as a full-time student at Bemidji State University studying Marketing Communications.

I have been exercising since 2010, and have spent time focusing on various areas such as speed, endurance, strength, hypertrophy and weight loss. After getting inspired by my mom, who I thought was a fitness freak, I first went for a jog in my no-support Lakai skate shoes. At that point, I fell in love with the feeling of putting forth so much effort to complete something physically challenging, as well as the feeling of completing it.
